About Me

My approach to bodywork comes from a blend of culturally inherited Ayurvedic principles, anatomy knowledge, and decades of observing how the body holds tension and emotion. My first experience with bodywork came over 20 years ago as a new mum learning baby massage. It showed me how touch can calm the nervous system and support connection, principles that guide my work today.

I trained in Table Yoga Massage with James Winstanley at the AYM Institute UK, integrating deep tissue work, breath-led movement, gentle yoga stretches, trigger point release, and the use of natural oil.

My background in Art, anatomy observation, and trauma-informed practice supports a gentle, mindful, and holistic approach to help the body unwind and return to balance.

TYM® is a unique full-body massage practice that combines:
Gentle Yoga-based stretching – Myofascial release – Shiatsu & acupressure
Deep tissue & sports massage – Trigger point work

Delivered on a massage table, it gently yet deeply massages and stretches the whole body, using hands, feet, and natural oil to enhance relaxation, circulation, and energy flow.
